It is fairly important to note when you are taking your supplements. Never ever take them with alkaline water. Some need cool water and some like our fantastic magnesium are better taken with warm water, as the warm water creates hydrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide which are essential for health.

Vitamin B & C - on an empty stomach, that is 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.

Vitamin A, D, E & K - in the evening with a meal containing good quality fats.

Mineral supplements are best taken with food -

  • iron
  • calcium
  • magnesium
  • zinc

Probiotics are best taken on an empty stomach.

Our CBDcan be taken on an empty or full stomach, depending on your condition.
